Keeping Yourself Well During Covid-19 Lockdown in LA

As we continue to practice social distancing measures during the Coronavirus pandemic it is important to look at ways to stay well. Not being able to go about our normal day and see our family and friends in the way we would usually is very difficult which is why we should focus on ways to improve our physical and mental health.

1. Try to stick to a routine
