2. 订购及供货情况
所有产品均为新鲜现做。您可前往我们位于银湖 (Silverlake) 的门店自取，或通过我们的合作伙伴 DoorDash 点餐外送。菜单上的菜品供应情况取决于食材供应和季节变化。根据加州健康与安全法典第 114094 条规定，我们必须以卫生方式处理所有食品，并且绝不会转售或重复使用退回的食品。
3. 付款与定价
所有价 格均以美元标价，如有变动恕不另行通知。付款必须在结账时完成。我们接受主流信用卡/借记卡和电子支付方式。如需配送，可能需通过 DoorDash 支付额外费用，具体条款和条件适用。
4. 订单处理与配送
自取订单将尽快准备。所有外送订单均由 DoorDash 配送，订单交付后，我们对任何延误或问题概不负责。根据加州民法典第 1723 条规定，预计准备时间和配送时间仅供参考，不作保证。
5. 退款和取消
由于我们的产品易腐烂变质，且受加州健康与安全法典第114381条规定约束，订单一旦准备就绪，恕不接受退货或退款。如果您对订单有任何疑问，请立即联系我们。仅当因我方失误导致订单出现问题时，我们才会考虑退款。
6. 食物过敏和饮食偏好
At Naturewell, we take food allergies seriously and strive to accommodate our customers’ dietary needs. However, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free of allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, soy, gluten, and other common allergens.
Our kitchen is a shared facility where cross-contamination is possible. While we follow best practices to minimize risk, all of our products are made in an environment that processes allergens. Even if you inform us of an allergy, we cannot guarantee that your order will be completely free of allergen exposure.
By consuming our products, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Naturewell is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues that may arise from consuming our products. If you have a severe allergy, we strongly advise consulting with a medical professional before consuming any of our products.
